GRATUITY: – Do I tip and if so, how much?

At Zulu Nyala, our staff work hard to ensure your comfort and enjoyment for every moment of your stay. This may be paid by credit card. Tips are shared amongst all the hotel and junior staff, ensuring that those working hard behind the scenes are also included. However, should there be any staff members you wish to tip directly, you are most welcome to do so too. Your Ranger & Transfer Driver tips are paid directly by you either in Rands or Dollars.
